All orders shipped within California are subject to California sales tax unless the customer states that the order is for resale and a valid resale card is on file with Nor-Cal.

WARRANTY. Nor-Cal Metal Fabricators guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect at no charge provided the defective product is returned to us.  All warranty returns must be authorized.
